Have Michael personally train you and take you through fully customized workout programs via Zoom, Skype or Facetime from anywhere you like! Workout from the comfort of your own home and receive top notch, portable fitness training instruction. You won’t need any fancy gym equipment, and Michael will advise you on how to maximize your home workout.

Have you decided to start working out but don't want to join a gym and pay for a monthly membership?  Do you hate waiting your turn to use a piece of equipment, and then have to wipe the sweat off from the person before you?  If this does not appeal to you and you're thinking about building a home gym, then you've come to the right place!  Having helped countless individuals in building their home gyms, have Michael come and assess your fitness needs and design a customized home gym for you.









AT HOME WORKOUT PLANS

Plan 1 - Minimal Or No Equipment (On-line & In-Home available)

This plan is for those who have minimal exercise equipment available or none at all. For example, minimal being 1-2 sets of dumbbells, an exercise mat and/or some resistance bands. In this plan you’ll learn how to maximize the equipment you do have, and how to fully utilize your body for maximum exercise efficiency and results. You’ll learn quickly how super, effective, results-based exercise can be done with little to zero gym equipment.

Plan 2 - I Have A Home Gym (On-line & In-Home available)

This plan is for those who have a variety of exercise equipment available.  For example, a portable work bench, more than 4 sets of dumbbells, perhaps a multi-gym station equipped with pulleys, and/or exercise balls and a mat. In this plan you’ll learn how to fully maximize the equipment you have, learn a variety of new exercises and variations, and achieve incredible results.









Building A Corporate Fitness Centre

Has your company or organization decided to build an On-Site Fitness Centre?  Many business' are now taking initiatives in health, fitness and wellness plans for their employees and seeing the results and increased productivity of a healthier workforce.  Having helped companies in the design and budget of corporate fitness centres, have Michael come to your workplace or office and assess your fitness needs and assist in the design of your fitness centre.

This is a fat analysis using calipers to measure body fat storage on various parts of the body

Fat Loss Workout Programs

You're goal here is to maximize fat loss with a special emphasis on those stubborn areas - the tummy and obliques. You’ll work the whole body from top to bottom and learn the most effective exercises and workouts for scorching away bodyfat. Muscle Building & Strength Training Programs

Learn the key fundamentals of bodybuilding training and how to optimize your body composition - Fat to muscle mass.

Whether your goal is to get ripped and chiseled for the beach, you’re training for a competition, or just to be more confident in your appearance, you’ll learn how to build the body you seek. You’ll learn how to build bigger, more defined muscles, how to increase your strength and power, and how to build a more muscular, proportionate and complete physique.

PROGRAMS

Beginner

  • Zero to 6 months workout/exercise experience

  • Zero to 6 months experience weights and/or cardio-based training 1-2x per week at a light intensity

Intermediate

  • 6 months to 2 years workout/experience weigh training

  • 6 months to 2 years experience weight training 2-3x per week at a moderate intensity

Advanced

  • 2 years or more workout/exercise experience

  • 2 years or more experience weight training consistently at least 4x per week at a challenging intensity

Boot camp fitness classes are a great way to get an effective workout.  Whether you're on your own and looking to take your workouts to the next level or in a group of close friends looking for a great way to burn off some unwanted body fat, Michael's boot camp fitness class is the workout you've been looking for!

Virtual/On-Line Boot Camps

  • Join Michael’s Virtual/On-Line Boot Camp classes from the comfort of your own home. Classes are conducted via Zoom.

  • Classes are every Monday & Wednesday at 5:30pm, and Tuesday & Thursday at 7:30am.

Corporate Boot Camp

  • Schedule Michael to come to your company office, workplace or business function or event and put you with a group of your co-workers through a super-effective workout on your lunch break or after work!
