The Ultimate Legs Plan
The Ultimate Legs Plan is comprised of four different leg workouts – Two for the quadriceps muscles, one for the hamstrings, and a quad and hamstring combo workout. This routine is specifically designed for those who seek bigger, more developed and powerful leg muscles, and intended for those at an intermediate to advanced fitness level. The main objective is hypertrophy (muscle size) and strength. In this routine you’ll target and isolate the leg muscles to the max, work your core hard, and push your conditioning limits. The training intensity and level of difficulty can be adjusted, but this routine is definitely not recommended for beginners. You’ll perform key exercises ideal for size and strength, and others for shape. These four workout routines can be used in addition to other training programs that work other parts of the body – i.e. the chest, back, arms and shoulders.
