The Starter Program
This is the ideal training program for someone new to exercise and working out. In this program you will learn key, specific exercises that target all the major muscle groups of the body, and you’ll build muscle, improve conditioning, endurance and flexibility. This is an introductory training program designed to teach proper lifting and exercise technique, and to enable successful anatomical, muscular and cardiovascular adaptation. You’ll receive one, full-body workout routine to be performed 2-3x per week. This is a 6-week training program.
