This plan is perfect for those with little to no gym equipment and can be customized and modified to suit all fitness levels - from new exercisers to seasoned gym-goers alike. In this program you will learn how to isolate and target individual muscles and muscle groups, build muscle, increase strength, improve conditioning, endurance and flexibility. Depending on your current fitness regimen, this plan can also be used in addition and/or to compliment your current training program.
