The Awesome Arms Plan for Biceps & Triceps
The Awesome Arms Plan is comprised of three different biceps and triceps workout routines, designed for those at an intermediate to advanced fitness level. The main objective here is hypertrophy and strength. In this routine you’ll target and isolate the biceps and triceps muscles to the max and increase and improve the size and shape of your arms. The training intensity/level of difficulty can be adjusted, but this routine is definitely not intended for beginners. You’ll learn the key exercises that target specific parts of the biceps and triceps, and the ones ideal for size and strength, and others for shape. These three workout routines can be used in addition to other training programs that work other parts of the body – i.e. the chest, back, shoulders and legs. It is recommended to begin by performing one of the three routines each week, alternating weekly between the 3 routines as your arm day workout.
