In The Ultimate Abs Plan you’ll receive three workout routines that fully target all of the abdominal muscles to the maximum. This training routine can be adjusted and modified to suit all fitness levels – from people new to exercise training to seasoned gym-goers. In this program you will learn key exercises and movements that target the upper and lower abdominal muscles, the obliques, and improve your core strength, muscle endurance and activation. These three workout routines can be used in addition to other training programs or as stand-alone abdominal/core workouts. It is recommended that beginners start with 1-2 abdominal workouts per week, and 1-2 rounds through each circuit.
