3-Month Plan
This is a three month training plan that is ideal for someone new to working out or someone wanting to take their fitness to the next level. In this program you will learn key, specific exercises that build muscle, improve conditioning, endurance and flexibility. In this program you will receive two 6-week training programs - A 6-week introductory training program designed to teach proper lifting and exercise technique and to enable successful anatomical, muscular and cardiovascular adaptation, and another 6-week program designed to increase muscular strength and muscle building.
